Very simple. Not worth the memory it consumes.

Myself and my one year old some adore this app, and the other related Carl apps. We wake up every morning and as soon as he sees Carl he gets super excited. He loves babbling back and forth and switching to the guitar one and making a bunch of noise :)

This WAS a fun app for kids until the awful addition of Grumpy Carl. I dont know who thought Grumpy Carl might be a good idea, but they could not have been more wrong. An app geared towards kids should not be calling them donkeys, or telling them to "shut-up," especially after the child just learned to say, "I love you." I want my 99 cents back...

The play back volume is too low and the noise gate on the recording is too strong. Crashes too often for something I paid for. I can get Talking Tom for free.

This was one of our favorite apps until "Grumpy Carl" was added. With no way to turn off the option for this very rude character to verbally abuse my children, I have no choice but to delete it. NOT APPROPRIATE FOR 6-8yr AGE RANGE AS STATED IN APP STORE INFO.

I picked this app up for my speech delayed child. It was recommended on several sites to encourage speech. But Grumpy Carl has to go! I refuse to allow my 4 and 2 year old to learn to say "Shut up" and the like. So we told them no Grumpy Carl. Now my 4 year old is saying things like "We dont like Black Carl"... oh dear god... I want my money back.

Wow the amount of adults writing reviews. If the owner of the app is reading this then I tell you, DONT DELETE Grumpy Carl. My little brother loves it so please dont

My granddaughters and I really enjoyed this app UNTIL the addition of Grumpy Carl. In no way is the phrase "shut up" allowed in our house!! To include this on an app designed for children is totally inexcusable. Deleted!!

Theres a few apps similar to it that you could say are equally as good. They are but I feel this one could use a lil somethin more. For instance, allow the recordings to go beyond the 20-30 seconds its restricted to. Id really like to play songs with a little more time to hear how they sound.

Although experts probably dont recommend electronics for under 2yr olds. But have baby experts ever been on a long flight with a teething 7mo old and this app is the only thing that makes them happy???? Love this app. Fun for all ages.

Seriously. My lil one cannot get enough of it. OK, and her Dad and I think its pretty funny, too. And so does Grandma... Thank God for Playing Carl, gives us a little variety.

Bad Carl is atrocious. Who teaches their three year old to say shut up??? Red Carl is great, but bad Carl needs a time out. I will be removing this app.

I purchased this app by accident, I downloaded a few free apps while I accidentally got this, when it asked me to put in the password i thought it was for the free ones, please refund me.

Carl is a boy. His is red. He repeats after you talk. But if the app is not open he can not hear. Nice and easy to talk to. Carl is truly my friend.
